MINDBOOST is an anti-stress programme offering a series of physical and mental exercises. The exercises are grouped into three key areas: Confidence, Mood and Focus. Each area focuses on a personality type. Even though most of us are characterized better by one of these personality types we can all benefit from all the exercises. The power of going slow!

If you’re the kind of person who rushes around doing everything at once then pause, then you could actually save some time by finding a quiet space and giving this exercise some attention…Consider that slowing down doesn’t necessarily mean losing ground. And when we try to do things too quickly it can actually take longer in the end.
